In 2007, title 17A of the Utah Code underwent a major overhaul.  The statute was rewritten, reorganized, and renumbered resulting in a new statutory nomenclature.  Municipal improvement districts became assessment areas under Utah  Code § 11-42-101 et seq.  Has your municipality participated in creating one of these assessment areas after the 2007 amendment?
